You would need experience of being in a nursery school and supporting infants and babies with their first steps in learning.

What Youll Be Doing Supporting infants and babies in small group activities Being creative and modelling conversations and skills Supporting children in their first English and maths steps Encouraging students to build independence, confidence, and resilience.

Adapting resources and learning to support those that need extra support What Were Looking For A level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience of working in a nursery setting Some experience using tapestry would be an advantage An empathetic approach that fosters self-belief and confidence Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
