They provide the stability and support children need to become independent learners, ensuring their early years journey is filled with success.

Plan and implement daily activities that are aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Assess children's progress and development and record their findings. Communicate with parents and carers about their child's progress. Maintain a safe and secure environment for children. Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and education. Attend training and development opportunities to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.

Level 3 CACHE or NVQ in Childcare or equivalent Experience of working with children in an early year setting Commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
