Level 3 Teaching Assistant / HLTA - Year 1 to Year 3

We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant / HLTA to join a fantastic primary school in North Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students in Year 1 to Year 3, providing support both in the classroom and in small groups. The role also includes occasional class cover responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in Year 1 to Year 3, including individual and group work

Provide occasional class cover as needed

Assist with planning and delivering lessons, under the direction of the class teacher

Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment

Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

Experience working with children in Year 1 to Year 3

Confidence in providing class cover when required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to commute to the North Manchester area

Available for immediate interview/trial

About the Role:
The school is looking for someone who is ready to start as soon as possible and ideally is seeking a permanent contract. Alternatively, there is the option to start on a 12-week agency contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
