Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: Barnet Contract: Full-time | Term-time only Start Date: Immediate About the Role Destination Education are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Teaching Assistantto work in a supportive primary school in Barnet. This role is ideal for an experienced Teaching Assistant who can provide classroom support, small group interventions, and one-to-one assistancewhere required. You will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils academic and social development. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management. Provide small group and one-to-one supportfor pupils who need additional help. Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions. Help monitor and record pupil progress. Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needswhere required. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Requirements Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification(or equivalent). Experience working in a primary school or educational setting.
