We are working with a national UK law firm based in London for a Lawyer to join their Leveraged Finance team. The Role: The successful candidate will join a growing Leveraged Finance team, leading transactions across their lifecycle, drafting and negotiating core finance documents, managing due diligence and closing processes. The role also requires working closely with partners to structure and deliver leveraged and acquisition finance deals for both borrowers and lenders. The candidate will also be willing to contribute to business development and mentor junior members of the team.

1-8 years’ PQE; Strong leveraged / acquisition finance law background; Technically excellent; Strong communication and client management skills; Team-oriented; Excellent salary & benefits package (commensurate with experience); Friendly and collegiate team; Opportunity to progress within the firm.
