What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic development and delivery of library and heritage services across the borough.

• Champion inclusivity, lifelong learning, and accessible services for diverse communities.
• Oversee the promotion, safeguarding, and development of heritage and cultural assets.
• Deliver innovative projects aligned with national library offers and local priorities.
• Work effectively within a political environment, supporting senior leadership and council objectives.
• Ensure services remain relevant, engaging, and responsive to community needs.
