We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licenced Insolvency Practitioner to join our client's growing team at a well-established Accountancy Practice. With a strong reputation in the industry, they provide expert advice and solutions to individuals and businesses facing financial difficulties. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of cases, guiding clients through the insolvency process while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of insolvency cases, including personal bankruptcies and corporate liquidations.- Provide expert advice to clients on their financial situations and the implications of insolvency.- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory bodies and creditors.- Conduct meetings with clients, creditors, and stakeholders to discuss case progress and strategies.- Ensure compliance with the Insolvency Act and other relevant legislation.- Liaise with legal professionals, accountants, and other advisors to facilitate effective case management.- Mentor and support junior staff in their professional development and case handling.Requirements:- Must hold a valid licence as an Insolvency Practitioner.- Proven experience in managing insolvency cases, with a strong understanding of the insolvency process.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Nice to Have:- Experience in a variety of sectors, including corporate and personal insolvency.- Knowledge of relevant software and tools used in insolvency practice.- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent.This position offers a competitive salary plus profit share, reflecting your contributions to the firm's success.
