A well-established law firm in Sutton Coldfield is looking to appoint a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Residential Property department. The firm has developed a strong reputation across the West Midlands for delivering reliable, efficient conveyancing services, supported by long-standing relationships with local clients, estate agents, and introducers.

With a steady flow of work and strong administrative support already in place, this is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, client-focused team and manage a varied residential property caseload.

The Role:

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handle a broad range of matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, freehold, leasehold, and new builds
• Manage approximately 100 active files at any one time, with around 20–30 new matters opened each month
• Work with an established case management system alongside paralegals, office junior, and office manager
• Provide clear communication and guidance to clients and third parties throughout transactions
• Work directly with the Senior Partner in a friendly, collaborative environment
• Strong conveyancing team with full administrative support
• Friendly, client-focused, and professional culture
• Client-service focused approach rather than transactional targets

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced CILEX
• Confident managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle a high volume of files
• Professional communicator who can build strong relationships with clients and third parties
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
