An exciting and exclusive opportunity has arisen for an Account Handler to step into the specialist world of Life Science insurance with a well-established brokerage based in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter .
This role is ideal for someone looking to progress their insurance career and move into a niche market. No Life Science experience is required full training and support will be provided.
Youll work on a varied portfolio of Life Science risks, including Professional Indemnity, Product Liability, Medical Malpractice, Clinical Trials, and core business covers such as Employers and Public Liability. Youll support clients through renewals, new business, and day-to-day servicing, building strong, long-term relationships along the way.
As you develop, youll gain exposure to client meetings, events, and conferences, with clear opportunities to take on more responsibility and progress within the business over time. This role is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including: Personal Lines insurance Insurance claims (motor or commercial) Junior commercial broking Financial services or banking roles What matters most is a positive attitude , good communication skills, and the willingness to learn.
