Sports & Leisure Team Member- At Meadow Bay Villages, we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable leisure experiences for guests of all ages. Our extensive aquatic offering includes a state-of-the-art indoor swimming pool complete with a kids’ area and exciting water slides, an outdoor splash park, a water sports lake featuring Northamptonshire’s largest floating inflatable aqua park, and a collection of premium hot tubs for relaxation and luxury.

• Hours – Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n\t
• Maintain continuous and focused observation of all water areas, ensuring the safety of all swimmers and guests. 
\n\t
• Operate and supervise water attractions, including slides, Pool, Splash Park & other water related activities. 
\n\t
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, performing rescues and administering first aid where required.
\n\t
• Adhere to all relevant legislation, including Health & Safety, Hygiene, First Aid, and Fire Evacuation protocols.
\n\t
• Complete all paperwork neatly and accurately within specified deadlines.
\n\t
• Report all potential accidents, hazards, and near-miss incidents to management.
\n\t
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of poolside, changing, and leisure areas.
\n\t
• Assist in the delivery and organisation of activities within the sports and water resorts programmes. 
\n\t
• Foster a welcoming, team-oriented environment for colleagues and guests alike
\n

Key Skills & Experience:

\n\t
• Must hold relevant & valid NPLQ
\n\t
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact / engage with guests of all ages.
\n\t
• Compliance management skills to ensure pool rules are regulations are always adhered to
\n\t
• Must be at least 17 years old
\n\t

Desirable:

• Previous leisure, fitness, or customer service experience preferred but not essential

• Full training provided
