About the Role

Our lifeguards are on hand to ensure our guests are having a great time as well as keeping safe in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld!  Our guests safety is our biggest priority so this role requires superb attention to detail whilst also interacting with our guests and providing exceptional customer service.  You will promote and run poolside activities; creating memorable experiences for our guests whilst keeping their safety at the for front of everything you do.

Typical working hours covers a minimum of 24 hours up to full time (35 hours) and a combination of midweek and weekend availability is required. Predominantly shifts are between 8.30am - 6pm however there are the occasional shifts until 9pm at times. 

Live in accommodation may be available for those aged over 18 and relocating to the area for a full time position.

A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) is essential for this role. 

About You


We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. 

You will need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail to ensure you can monitor the pool at busy times. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you. 
 
You will work alongside a great team but there will be times where you are supervising areas independently. 
 
Our business is open 7 days a week and therefore flexibility, reliability and punctuality are all essential, as you will form an important part of a team.
