KierBAM are a Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Kier and BAM UK & Ireland. We are currently delivering the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth and we are seeking an experienced LTQR Manager. The LTQR Manager oversees the collation and completion of Lifetime Quality records including ITPs and ITCs to ensure handover can be achieved inline with the project requirements. Due to the sensitive nature of the site, BPSS security clearance is required. Please note that this process can take up to 8 weeks. In this role, you will be working in a live MOD facility. Your day-to-day tasks will include: Lead the LTQR/ITP process and team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Analyse LTQR data to identify trends, causes, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to ensure records are progressively tracked and collated in line with project requirements. Own and manage the overall ITP/LTQR tracker ensuring regular and accurate reporting. Ensure compliance with parent company and client requirements. Organise and host regular training sessions on ITP/LTQR completion with the QA and delivery team. Help develop and maintain digital records management system. Establish a collaborative working arrangement with the client team This profile is not exhaustive. What do you bring to the role?
Academic Qualifications - Civil Engineering, Quality, Construction related Qualification (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng). Proven experience as a LTQR/Completions or QA Manager or similar role. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor trained. Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean). Experience managing teams and driving quality improvement initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments. Relevant certifications or professional body membership. CSCS
