Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking an experienced Modernisation & Full Replacement Sales Manager to join a leading lift engineering company.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in lift modernisation and full replacement sales who understands design and construction processes and can effectively lead and collaborate across sales, engineering, and design teams.

Commutable from: Welling, Bexleyheath, Woolwich, Erith, Sidcup, Greenwich, Gravesend, Swanley, Bromley, Orpington, London

The Lift Modernisation Sales Manager Role

You’ll play a key role in driving sales activity for lift modernisation and full replacement projects across the UK.

Lead sales for modernisation and full replacement of lifts in existing buildings

*

Ensure all activities align with safety, quality, and ethical standards

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

*

Support and mentor Sales, Engineering, and Design teams

*

Facilitate project design coordination and oversee the tender process

*

Identify client needs and provide effective, tailored solutions

*

Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams

The Lift Modernisation Sales Manager Candidate

*

Minimum 5 years’ experience in lift modernisation & full replacement sales

*

Strong understanding of design and construction processes

*

Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex sales cycles

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

*

Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple teams
