Multi-Trades Recruitment are seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to oversee lifting operations at the Shotton Paper Mill Project. The successful candidate will ensure all lifts are carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with site and industry regulations.

About the role:

* Monday-Friday 07:00-17:30

* Rate: Negotiable, dependant on experience

* Long term work for the right candidate

* Start ASAP

* Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting operations on-site.

* Ensure all lifting activities comply with regulations.

* Work closely with crane operators, slingers/signallers, and site management to execute safe lifting procedures.

* Carry out risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and lifting plans.

* Ensure all lifting equipment is inspected and certified before use.

* Report any safety concerns, near misses, or incidents related to lifting operations.

* Enforce health and safety measures and ensure team adherence to best practices.

About You:

* High work ethic & team player

* Punctual & reliable

* A valid CPCS / NPORS is essential

* or industrial setting.

* Strong knowledge of lifting techniques, equipment, and risk assessment.

* Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with site personnel.

* Familiarity with heavy industry, paper mills, or factory environments is a plus.
