Our client, a fantastic employer and well-established franchised dealer group, is looking to recruit an experience Light Commercial Vehicle Technician
Are you a vehicle technician looking to progress your career with a long-established motor retailer?
Salary: £32k - £47k Basic | £9k Bonus - uncapped earning potential
Working hours/days: Monday to Friday; 8:00am - 5.30pm, Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm (1 in 4)
Ideally, you will already possess relevant formal qualifications in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3, as well as a full Driving Licence and your own set of tools.
What the role involves:
Carrying out service, repairs, and maintenance to high standards
Inspecting and accurately diagnosing vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components using manufacture diagnostic equipment
Carrying out Video Vehicle Health Checks and ensuring paperwork is accurate and up to date
Ensuring work is carried out efficiently to meet customer timeframes and that a high level of productivity is maintained.
Engaging with manufacture training to keep up to date with the latest level of new models and technology
To maintain high standards and quality of work to help us deliver a 'Right First Time' experience to our customers
What We're Looking For.
Qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
MOT licence (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving licence
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
