Line Controller – Twilight Shift (Mon–Fri, 18:00–02:00) Pilgrims Europe - Anwick, Main Street, NG34 9SL

Salary from: £31 054 per year

Experienced Line Controller – Join Our Operations Team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Line Controller to join our Operations team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products in a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and coordinate the production team to consistently achieve line targets • Uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and health & safety at all times

• Ensure all production documentation and records are completed accurately and on time

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and management

• Train, coach, motivate, and develop team members to maximise performance What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Line Controller or in a similar supervisory role

• Background in production or food manufacturing (highly desirable)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A proactive, reliable individual with a strong focus on safety and quality
