Job Description:

A provider of a full range of printing services covering all parts of the UK is looking for a Litho Print Business Development Manager to sell their products and services. This role requires someone with a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. You should be an adaptive learner with strong negotiating skills and the ability to highlight the company’s offerings compellingly. The role involves giving presentations, attending networking events, and trade shows, so being personable and professional is essential.

You will be responsible for selling and cross-selling in the litho printing and packaging manufacturing sectors, undertaking new business development opportunities, and operating independently. The job involves working with end users to sell short to medium run commercial lithographic 4 & 5 colour B1 print, suitable for the company’s plant capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent the company’s products and services, starting with a deep understanding and conducting consumer research to identify how solutions meet needs.
2. Develop and implement a territory action plan through data analysis, adjusting sales techniques based on interactions and results.
3. Identify prospects, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
4. Prepare professional reports, proposals, booking packages, and documentation for executive-level presentations.
5. Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer service.
