An award-winning, Top 100 full-service law firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its market-leading Litigation team in London.

This is a standout opportunity to work within one of the largest and most highly ranked litigation teams in the North West, advising on complex, high-profile regulatory disputes and compliance matters. The role sits within a specialist Corporate Regulation practice that operates at the cutting edge of regulatory change.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering strategic advice on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, with a strong litigation and dispute resolution focus, including:

• Handling complex regulatory investigations and disputes, often with reputational and commercial impact
• Advising on data protection, ICO engagement, and cross-border compliance issues, including breach response and risk management
• Supporting clients through government consultations and evolving regulatory frameworks
• Managing sector-specific litigation and enforcement issues, particularly within regulated industries such as private land and infrastructure
• Advising on consumer protection, advertising standards, and product compliance disputes
• Collaborating across teams on high-value, multi-disciplinary litigation matters

You’ll also contribute to thought leadership, media engagement, and lobbying activity, positioning yourself at the forefront of regulatory litigation developments.

About You

• Senior Associate (c.6+ PQE) with strong experience in regulatory and/or commercial litigation
• Proven ability to lead complex matters from inception to resolution
• Experience advising on data protection and compliance disputes
• Commercially minded with a track record in client development
• Interest in emerging regulatory areas, including AI governance
• Strong communicator with leadership and mentoring capability
