The Role

You will take ownership of a caseload of hourly rate, litigated, non-DA motor fraud matters , managing files from instruction through to conclusion. The role provides genuine autonomy, exposure to advocacy, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced fraud specialists. Key responsibilities include: Managing complex motor fraud litigation files independently

Preparing cases for hearing, trial, and settlement

Undertaking advocacy, including interim applications and case management conferences

Instructing counsel and liaising with insurers and other stakeholders

Contributing to fraud strategy and case direction
