Litigation Nurse

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and talented individual to join our Clinical Support team, which is part of our award-winning Clinical Negligence team, as a Litigation Nurse.

The role of the Litigation Nurse is to assist the legal teams with record reviews and drafting allegations of Breach of Duty and resultant avoidable injury. Additional duties include analysing expert records, providing commentary and analysis of the impact of likely breach of duty and any avoidable injury, beyond the patient's pre-existing health conditions.

Key responsibilities include reviewing the merits of new enquiries, speaking to clients regarding their cases, and investigating their cases.

There is also an opportunity to attend meetings with charity partners and collaborate with the business development team to raise awareness of our services and enhance your profile within the Clinical Negligence market.

Full legal training will be provided if required. It is expected that the candidate has a qualification and experience in nursing (such as RGN) and NMC registration.
