9.00am – 5.00pm – Monday – Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Litigation Secretary to join our client based in their Trowbridge office.

They are looking for someone with strong typing and audio skills, a good telephone manner and a positive, client centred approach. Litigation experience welcome but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

* Document Production: Draft, format, and proofread legal documents(witness statements, pleadings, bundles, letters) from audio dictation or notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

* File Management: Open, close, and maintain physical and digital client files, ensuring they are organised and up-to-date.

* Diary & Schedule Management: Manage fee-earners' diaries, book appointments, arrange meetings, and coordinate court dates.

* Client & Professional Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for clients, barristers, courts, and other professionals, handling enquiries professionally.

* Court Preparation: Prepare and paginate court bundles, ensuring all documents are ready and submitted on time.

* Administrative Support: Handle general admin like emails, calls, filing, and potentially billing/invoicing.
