Litigation Solicitor (3+ PQE) - Bournemouth A Legal 500 ranked firm with a strong national reputation is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its respected Litigation & Recoveries team. This is a great opportunity to work with major finance houses, banks, lenders and commercial clients on high profile defended litigation and asset recovery matters. The Role

Manage your own caseload of defended litigation matters from pre issue to enforcement. Act on behalf of lenders and commercial clients in debt and asset recovery. Draft pleadings, evidence and court documents. Advise on strategy, risk and commercial outcomes. Support client reporting and respond to new enquiries. Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development.

About You

Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in litigation. Strong background in Consumer Credit Asset Finance and defended litigation matters. Confident managing files independently and communicating with clients.
