Job DescriptionLitigation Solicitor – Highly Competitive Package – Hybrid Working – CheltenhamA well-established and well-regarded Cheltenham law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Litigator to join its thriving Dispute Resolution team. The firm seeks a commercially astute solicitor with broad experience across matters such as contractual and commercial Disputes, Property Litigation, Professional Negligence, Contentious Probate, and Debt Recovery.The Role:

Minimum 3 years’ PQE Demonstrable ability to handle a busy, varied litigation caseload independently Strong grounding in the full litigation lifecycle, including pre-action work, pleadings, disclosure, ADR, and trial preparation Providing strategic advice to a varied client base, including companies, trusts, charities, and private individuals Managing cases from first instruction through to final resolution, shaping litigation strategy and guiding clients at every stage Liaising with and instructing counsel where appropriate Advocating for clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions
