Our innovative and fast-growing client is looking to hire an experienced Litigation Solicitor with motor claims experience to join their brand-new law firm. What you'll be doing:

Managing an independent litigation caseload from instruction to resolution Providing clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex legal documents Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings Ensuring files and processes meet strict regulatory and risk standards Contributing to the development and growth of a modern legal practice

What we're looking for:

Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a current practising certificate Strong litigation experience across small, fast and intermediate tracks Motor claims litigation experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Commercial awareness and sound judgement Ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines confidently Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills
