Litigation Solicitor Boutique Commercial Law Firm - Henley-on-Thames We are a specialist boutique commercial law firm based inHenley-on-Thames, seeking a1-4 years' PQE Solicitorwho is keen to build a long-term career inlitigation and dispute resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to gain hands‑on experience in high‑quality, complex disputes, working closely with senior practitioners in a supportive and collaborative environment. The Role You will work across a broad range of contentious matters, including:
Commercial Litigation Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Mediation and Arbitration Business Debt Recovery Contractual Disputes (including contracts governed by the law of England & Wales) Claims against Directors Franchise Disputes Injunctions Partnership and Shareholder Disputes International disputes
Our work regularly involves cross‑border matters and clients with interests in: London, Geneva, Stockholm, Rotterdam, Dubai and Florida. About You
1-4 years' PQE A genuine interest inlitigation and dispute resolution Strong drafting, research and analytical skills Confident communicator with a professional, client‑focused approach Proactive, enthusiastic and keen to develop technical expertise in commercial disputes
Previous exposure to contentious work, ADR, or international matters would be an advantage, but is not essential. What's onOffer?
