Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor

4+ years PQE

My client is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing Dispute Resolution team. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 4+ years' PQE who enjoys managing their own caseload and advising clients on complex and high-value disputes.

Your role will involve handling a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, debt recovery and contentious probate, managing cases from pre-action through to settlement or trial. There is regular client contact, advocacy, and the opportunity to supervise junior colleagues.

You will be confident running matters independently, drafting pleadings and court documents, representing clients at hearings and mediations, and delivering clear, practical advice with a commercial focus.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in civil or commercial litigation
• Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience managing a full caseload from start to finish
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Commercial, solutions-focused approach

Desirable:

\n
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior solicitors
• Interest in business development and relationship building
