Role | Litigation Solicitor

Experience | 4-6+ years PQE

Based | Luton

Offer | £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience


We are working with a reputable and long-established regional firm, who are seeking a Generalist Litigator to join their busy and well-regarded Dispute Resolution team on a full-time, permanent basis.


This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team handling a broad range of litigation work, including civil, commercial and property disputes. The firm is known for its strong client relationships, down-to-earth culture, and commitment to developing its people.


Typical duties would include:

  • Managing a varied caseload of civil, commercial and property-related disputes.
  • Providing pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice to businesses and individuals.
  • Drafting pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, and settlement terms.
  • Handling matters through negotiation, mediation, and litigation where necessary.
  • Working closely with colleagues on complex or high-value matters.
  • Playing an active role in business development and maintaining client relationships.


The successful candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in dispute resolution / general litigation.
  • Confident managing a mixed contentious caseload independently.
  • Strong drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Clear communicator with a client-focused approach.
  • Proactive and organised, able to balance multiple matters effectively.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive and professional approach to work.
