Litigation Solicitor needed in Rochdale Paying £20.68 per hr ref 000A EDF6 / 1 Full time hours on a temporarybasis Key Responsibilities

Manage criminal litigation files from initial instruction through to resolution. Attend court to represent the organisation at hearings, including licensing hearings and other legal proceedings. Prepare legal documents, statements, case bundles and evidence. Provide clear legal advice to internal clients and stakeholders. Conduct advocacy and liaise with counsel, enforcement officers, court staff and external agencies. Ensure all work complies with legal, regulatory and procedural requirements. Maintain accurate records and manage deadlines effectively.
