We are looking for an experienced and motivated Solicitor to join our dynamic legal team. If you have experience in property litigation, contentious probate, and enjoy handling a variety of complex legal matters, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients across a range of litigation matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case developments.
Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
What We're Looking For
Solicitor with solid experience in property litigation and contentious probate, plus exposure to other litigation areas.
Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to analyse complex information and provide clear, practical solutions.
Proficient in legal research and case management tools.
Team player with a client-focused approach, able to work independently when needed.
