We are seeking two compassionate and capable female carers to provide live-in support for a lovely lady in the CT14 postcode area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term care package that values dignity, creativity, and consistency. About the Role: Youll be supporting a warm and independent-minded lady living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) who is returning home from a nursing home. She has complex care needs including fatigue that affects communication, swallowing difficulties requiring modified meals, catheter care (including washouts), and hoisted transfers. She enjoys the little things that help her feel like herselfblow-drying her hair, wearing make-up, and getting out for meals. She also loves cooking and creative engagement , and is looking forward to being back in her own space with carers who respect her routines and individuality. To maintain privacy during intimate care, this role is open to female carers only , in line with a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Apply
