Loadbay Operative – Chiller Environment Location: Sittingbourne Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
We are currently recruiting a Loadbay Operative to work within a chiller environment at for our client in Sittingbourne. This is a physical, hands-on role involving the stacking and palletising of 10kg tubs of jam ready for dispatch.
The Role Working in a chilled loadbay environment

Stacking, moving, and palletising 10kg tubs of jam

Preparing pallets for storage or distribution

Following health & safety and manual handling procedures

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

What We're Looking For Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Comfortable working in a chiller environment

Must have own transport and be able to drive due to site location

What We Offer £12.21 per hour

Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday shifts – no weekends

Consistent daytime hours

On-the-job training and support
