We are working with an Asset based lender, who is looking for a Loan Servicing Manager. You will hold the main responsibility for client service and security and own the relationship with the client.

Key objectives include prolonging client life, maximizing income and protecting the business from losses following client failure.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing client facilities to prevent bad debts.
  • Managing client relationships to ensure no losses due to poor service or uncompetitive terms.
  • Liaising with IGF team members, Head of Portfolio and Head of Risk to share key information about client issues.
  • Ongoing review of client trading performance, reporting, and recommending action as appropriate.
  • Managing client facilities to maintain IGF profitability and secure new revenue opportunities.
  • Provide training/guidance to junior colleagues & deputise for senior colleagues as required.
  • Assist with the enhancement of business practice and processes on a proactive basis.


Skills and experience:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Assertive and can make challenging business decisions and articulate them to key stake holders and clients.
  • Strong MS skills
  • Have a strong ABL and financial awareness.
  • Some knowledge of Insolvency and debtor/client litigation
