Central London | Hybrid Working (3 days in office, 2 days from home) | £65,000 - £75,000 The Opportunity We are seeking a Loans Agency Ops specialist to join a growing loan operations team. This role requires a strong understanding of loan facility agreements and the ability to coordinate effectively with lenders, borrowers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of contractual obligations throughout the loan lifecycle. You will operate with minimal supervision and act as a trusted escalation point for agency matters, combining technical expertise with stakeholder management to support the effective administration of syndicated facilities. What You'll Be Doing Loan Life-Cycle Administration Administer syndicated loan facilities in accordance with the terms of loan facility agreements Support the Facility Agent role, coordinating between borrowers and lenders on operational matters Manage drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, interest payments and fee calculations in line with facility documentation Maintain accurate loan records, notices and registers (lender participations, commitments, utilisations)
