This role ensures that provision is responsive to community need, aligned with commissioning requirements and delivered in an integrated, outcome-focused and innovative way.You will drive service improvement, integration and innovation through partnership working across health, social care, voluntary and community sector organisations, whilst ensuring high quality, cost-effective delivery, robust performance management and continuous improvement.Key areas of responsibilities include:Service Leadership & Operational OversightSupervision & Workforce DevelopmentPartnership & Multi Agency CoordinationQuality Assurance & SafeguardingService Development & Strategic SupportData, Outcomes & ReportingAbout YouYou will have a professional qualification in counselling, psychotherapy, psychology or a related discipline and a registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body (e.g. BACP, UKCP etcYou will have experience of:Managing mental health, counselling or similar servicesWorking within a partnership or multi agency environmentDelivering community-based services to diverse communitiesClinical governance, supervision and risk managementImplementing contracts, seeing through to operational delivery and maintaining strong performance Achieving targets and maintaining high quality servicesBuilding effective relationships with a range of professionals and servicesAbout the OrganisationOur client is leading provider of services to the health and social care sector, with the aim is to reduce inequalities in learning, employment and health.
