Locum Practice Nurse Opportunities – 3-Month Contract | Derby

Location: GP Surgery, Derby

Rate: £28–£32 per hour

Schedule: 5 Days/Week + Optional Weekend Work

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3 Months

We’re currently recruiting two experienced Practice Nurses to join a well-established GP surgery in Derby for a 3-month locum assignment.

Position 1: Practice Nurse – Diabetes & LTCs

You must be confident in managing patients with diabetes and other long-term conditions, including running dedicated clinics.

Position 2: General Practice Nurse

Ideal for a nurse experienced in core nursing duties, including QOF, annual health checks, smears, childhood immunisations, and wound care.

Requirements:

• Previous GP surgery experience essential
• Must be able to hit the ground running
• SystmOne skills

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team environment with flexible weekday and optional weekend shifts.
