We are seeking an experienced Locum Private Client Solicitor to join a well‑established and respected law firm based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking for flexible locum work within a supportive and professional environment.


The Role


You will manage a varied private client caseload, including:

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trusts and inheritance tax matters
  • General private client advisory work


The role offers a high level of autonomy, with administrative and secretarial support provided.


Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • Proven experience in Private Client law
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Strong client‑care and communication skills
  • Availability for a locum assignment (duration negotiable)
