Locum Obstetrics Sonographer Pay Rate: £50 per hour Location: Surrey Contract Type: Locum / Temporary Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing role
We are currently seeking an experienced Obstetrics Sonographer to join our team on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sonographer looking for flexible work with a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
*
Perform a range of obstetric ultrasound examinations in accordance with national guidelines.
*
Accurately acquire and interpret ultrasound images.
*
Produce clear, detailed reports to support clinical decision-making.
*
Maintain high standards of patient care and communication throughout examinations.
*
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Requirements
*
HCPC registered or relevant professional registration.
*
Postgraduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound or equivalent.
*
Proven experience in obstetric ultrasound scanning.
*
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
