Develop and implement automation strategies for logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate automation solutions into existing operations and for future new sites. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and vendors to meet automation objectives. Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for process improvements. Monitor and optimise the performance of automated systems to ensure maximum productivity. Lead project management activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessments. Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on automation tools and systems.
