Overall Purpose of the Role As Logistics Coordinator, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and processes are followed accurately. You will oversee customer accounts, understand client requirements, and implement processes and integrations to effectively gather and manage data. You will also ensure billing details are accurate for each consignment and communicate clearly with the accounts department to maintain smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts
Respond to all communications across various platforms in a timely and professional manner
Action all customer requests promptly and efficiently
