Logistics & Customer Service Assistant Location: Twyford Pay: £12.90 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Department: Logistics Reporting to: Customer Services Manager
We're seeking a Logistics & Customer Service Assistant to join a growing and values-led business based in Twyford. Purpose of the Role The Logistics & Customer Service Assistant plays a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery processes, accurate administration, and outstanding customer service. Working closely with the Customer Services Manager, you'll help maintain the business's strong reputation for quality and reliability while contributing positively to team morale and efficiency.
