Role Purpose

As the Network Capacity Manager, you will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our logistics network is optimally designed and scaled to meet current and future demand. You will oversee the development and refinement of capacity models, drive data-led decision-making, and ensure the integrity and efficiency of our network planning processes. Your leadership will shape the strategic direction of our logistics infrastructure and ensure we have the right capacity in the right place to meet the needs of our stores and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor a team of Capacity Analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
  2. Ensure the logistics network has the right capacity in the right locations to meet both current and forecasted demand from stores and customers.
  3. Oversee the development, validation, and enhancement of network capacity models to support tactical and strategic planning.
  4. Translate complex data into actionable insights using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial to align capacity planning with business objectives.
  6. Drive standardization of data sources, reporting processes, and modeling methodologies across the team.
  7. Evaluate and implement network optimization tools and techniques to improve logistics efficiency.
  8. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and effectively.
  9. Monitor key performance indicators and proactively identify capacity risks or opportunities.

What You’ll Need

  1. Proven experience in capacity planning, network design, or logistics analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Databricks, Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling), and SQL (data extraction, transformation, and analysis).
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  5. Experience with network optimization tools or simulation software is a plus.
  6. A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
