Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £15.50 per hour
Contract: Temp-to-Perm, Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting a motivated Logistics Operative with a valid Forklift Licence to join our client’s manufacturing team. This is a key operational role, supporting daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate a forklift (Counterbalance/Reach) safely and efficiently

* Assist with the receiving, unloading, storing, and dispatching of goods

* Load and unload deliveries, ensuring accuracy and care of stock

* Support picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as required

* Maintain accurate stock records and report any discrepancies

* Ensure all warehouse areas comply with Health & Safety regulations

* Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

About You

* Valid Forklift Licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)

* Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment

* Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach

* Reliable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision

* Basic computer skills for stock control systems

* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

* Strong awareness of health & safety in a warehouse setting
