Full-time 40 hours per week ArrowXL is looking for a Logistics Training & Compliance Lead to join our team, based at our Worcester office. Youll be empowered to make a real impact within a collaborative environment. You will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering high-quality, compliant, and engaging operational training across multiple business locations.This role focused on improving operational performance, safety, quality and consistency across the network by raising standards for colleagues, contractors, and third-party partners, ensuring they operate safely, and in line with business standards and statutory requirements.The trainer will oversee the full learning lifecycle -from design and delivery through to evaluation and continuous improvement - driving excellence in logistics operations through consistent, skills-based training. The role also focuses on expanding and modernising training delivery methods, including the effective use of Learning Management System, digital learning platforms, blended learning approaches and data driven insights to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and operational capability across the business.
