Key Responsibilities: Ensure the Health and Safety of all staff, contractors and visitors Recruit, motivate and appraise a team of warehouse staff and drivers Planning and organising the depot workloads Managing the financial budgets Ensuring full compliance in a regulated environment Experience: In depth knowledge of transport and warehouse operations Previous managerial experience PC literate Financially astute and able to manage budgets and cost control Excellent leadership skills Customer focused and able to work in a fast paced environment.
