PQE: 4+ years | Practice: Funds / Asset Management | Type: Permanent

Our client is a major international firm with over 40 offices across five continents. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded funds team advising mid-market private equity sponsors on fund structuring, LP negotiations and regulatory matters.

• Advise on fund formation across PE, venture capital, credit and real estate
• Negotiate terms with investors and design fund structures
• Exposure to secondaries transactions and independent sponsor work
• Minimum 4 years PE funds experience at a top City or US firm required

2. Senior Employment Solicitor

PQE: 5–8 years | Practice: Employment | Type: Permanent

Our client is home to the largest employment team in the UK, consistently top-ranked for over two decades. This is a senior role with real autonomy and broad exposure across advisory and litigation work for employer clients.

• Advisory and litigation work across the full range of employment law
• Direct client responsibility and opportunity to supervise junior lawyers
• Deep technical knowledge across most employment areas required

3. High Court Employment Disputes Solicitor

PQE: 1+ years | Practice: Employment Litigation | Type: Permanent

Our client is rated best in the UK for High Court employment work. This role is ideal for a lawyer with a strong interest in contentious employment matters at the highest level.

• Restrictive covenants, team moves, injunctions and confidential information disputes
• High Court litigation and arbitration focus
• Prior experience in financial services conduct advantageous but not essential

4. Corporate Insurance Associate / Senior Associate

PQE: 3–7 years | Practice: Corporate / Insurance M&A | Type: Permanent

Our client is a leading international firm with a dedicated insurance corporate practice advising across Europe on deals of all forms and sizes.

• Public and private M&A, Part VII transfers and portfolio acquisitions
• Corporate governance and equity capital markets for insurance companies
• Hybrid working available — up to 40% from home

5. Securitisation & Structured Finance Associate

PQE: 2–3 years | Practice: Finance / Capital Markets | Type: Permanent

Our client is a leading international firm with an integrated global debt capital markets and structured finance team. Strong cross-border deal flow across multiple asset classes.

• Asset-backed financings, forward flows and public/private securitisations
• Residential, commercial, consumer, SME and trade receivable asset classes
• Strong interest in securitisation and structured finance required

6. Competition Associate

PQE: 1–3 years | Practice: Competition | Type: Permanent

Our client is one of the preeminent competition practices in the City, trusted counsel to major corporations on the most significant matters in the market.

• CMA and European Commission merger filings, often in parallel with US and global filings
• Compliance counselling, investigations and complex litigation
• Experience across life sciences, TMT, energy and transportation sectors

7. Labour & Employment Associate

PQE: 4–5 years | Practice: Employment | Type: Permanent

Our client is a global firm with one of the most internationally focused employment practices in the world. This role offers significant cross-jurisdictional exposure from day one.

• Global policies, restructures, TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Employment Tribunal litigation and multi-country projects
• Strong track record in employment law and excellent academics required

8. Pensions Associate

PQE: 1–2 years | Practice: Pensions | Type: Permanent

Our client has one of the largest and most experienced pure pensions teams in the UK, offering associates a broad variety of high-quality work and extensive client contact.

• Advise pension fund trustees and sponsoring employers
• Ongoing schemes, buy-ins/outs, master trusts and CDC schemes
