What You'll Be Doing:

????? Running the kitchen solo with KP support during busy services ?? Designing and executing a modern, vibrant brunch and lunch menu ?? Sourcing fresh, high-quality ingredients for exciting, seasonal creations ???????? Contributing to a warm, energetic bistro culture that values great food and great people ? Maintaining exceptional hygiene and kitchen organization

What We're Looking For:

A skilled chef with experience running a kitchen solo or leading brunch services A creative flair and passion for modern, fresh, and innovative cuisine A calm, confident, and organized approach to busy services Reliability, dedication, and a genuine pride in the food you serve
