What are we looking for

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, enthusiastic and energetic manager to join our wonderful team here at The Goring.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Lounge, Veranda and Bar. This includes cultivating relationships with all our guests, managing, leading and motivating our dynamic team, continually improving service & systems, maintaining all food & beverage standards in order to meet & exceed guest expectations and maximise business growth. All to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
