Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full-Time (5 Days per Week)

We are delighted to be recruiting a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Lambeth. This is a 5-day per week, long-term opportunity within a school that prides itself on its positive culture, inclusive ethos, and commitment to staff development.

This role is ideal for an experienced LSA who is passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.

The Role:

Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, including those with SEN and additional learning needs

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to deliver tailored support

Providing one-to-one and small group interventions

Helping students to access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop independence

Creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting

A strong understanding of SEN and inclusive practices

A calm, patient, and proactive approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine passion for working with young people
