About the Role

Our welcoming secondary school near Brentwood, Essex is looking for an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a rewarding career in Education while supporting young people aged 11-16 to achieve their full potential.

You will work closely with teachers and the SEND team, supporting students both in class and through small-group or 1:1 interventions. Every day brings variety, challenge, and the chance to make a genuine impact.

Key Responsibilities

Support students with additional learning needs during lessons

Help adapt classroom materials to meet individual needs

Encourage confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams

Provide encouragement and guidance to help students thrive in Education

What We're Looking For

A patient, caring, and positive individual

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience working with young people (school experience desirable but not essential)

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Interest in developing a long-term role within Education
