Job Title: Beauty Consultant – Luxury Skincare, Part- time 30h Role


Mission

As a Beauty Consultant for a luxury skincare brand, reporting to the Counter Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional and personalised customer experience. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while upholding the brand’s image and values. Through expert product knowledge and high standards of service, you will drive customer engagement, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the counter or retail space.

Main Responsibilities


Sales

  • Actively promote and sell skincare products while delivering a luxury service.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed personal sales targets, including average unit sale and average pound sale.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell effectively across the product range.
  • Organise and participate in in-store events and promotional activities.
  • Complete all necessary administrative tasks promptly and accurately.
  • Engage clients through brand storytelling and detailed product education.
  • Tailor recommendations to each client’s individual needs to maximise every sales opportunity.


Service

  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently make personalised recommendations.
  • Conduct skincare consultations and product demonstrations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Achieve CRM registration and service targets
  • Actively recruit new clients through traffic stopping and excellent service.
  • Build and nurture relationships to encourage client loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure accurate client data capture in compliance with GDPR through CRM tools.
  • Educate clients on the product benefits and how to incorporate them into their routines.


General duties

  • Monitor and report stock levels, ensuring sufficient inventory.
  • Maintain visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
  • Complete operational and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.
  • Comply with company and store procedures.
  • Build positive working relationships with department store teams.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.


Key Relationships:

  • Internal: Counter team, Area Managers, Head Office
  • External: Clients, Department Store Staff and Management
